MX is designed to support joint development where conventional components or material-led optimisation cannot meet a critical system requirement. Collaboration can focus on architecture studies, experimental programs, protected solutions and application-specific demonstrators.
MX-QCell is the first program built on the platform. A peer-reviewed publication and an Italian patent filing support the scientific and intellectual-property foundation; experimental validation remains the next decisive milestone.
